This February, our commitment to exceptional design was recognized at the DSM Magazine Design Awards Night, where we won two prestigious awards. The first was for 2850 Timber Creek, honored with Best Large Kitchen in the Traditional category. The second award was for 2695 Timber Creek, winning Best Living Room in the Traditional category. Additionally, 1607 SW. Des Moines St. is pictured above and was a finalist. A huge congratulations to our talented designers, Britt & Jess, who brought these visions to life! First residential and commercial project underway in Waukee’s Kettlestone development area
Caliber Iowa will develop another 137 rowhouse-style townhouses on nearly 10 acres. Once built, Caliber Iowa will retain ownership of the townhouses and provide property management services. For Caliber Iowa, the row homes will be its fourth project in a one-mile radius of The Cove.
